Shipping

• I ship all orders promptly. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided.

• I ship via NZ Post and packages are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
   

Returns & Exchanges

• I accept returns only if the contents are damaged during shipping. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

• I do not accept returns or exchanges if the item’s size or appearance does not meet your expectations. Please review the dimensions listed carefully before purchasing.

• As a small, handmade operation, I do not offer refunds for reasons other than damaged contents.
